Mercedes-AMG has revealed the first details of the interior of the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé, highlighting a cockpit fully focused on the driving experience and performance.

Developed in Affalterbach, the headquarters of the brand’s performance division, the interior was designed to create a direct connection between driver and machine.

Even when stationary, the new GT 4-Door already conveys its sporty character. The low and enveloping driving position, typical of AMG sports cars, was designed to offer greater control and a track-like feeling.

According to Michael Schiebe, president of Mercedes-AMG, every element of the interior was developed to reinforce the model’s performance.

“The interior immediately shows the potential of the new GT 4-Door and transforms driving dynamics into a tangible experience for the driver,” said the executive.

AMG RACE ENGINEER system

One of the highlights is the AMG RACE ENGINEER system, accessed through three rotary controls on the center console. They allow quick adjustments to parameters such as throttle response, cornering behavior, and traction control level.

The goal is to give drivers more precise control over the vehicle’s dynamics, adapting the car to the driving style or road conditions.

Digital cockpit and driver focus

The dashboard combines a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster with a 14-inch multimedia screen, forming a continuous driver-oriented layout. There is also the option of an additional 14-inch display for the passenger.

The model introduces the new generation of the MBUX system based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS), with different display styles, including the AMG TRACK PACE mode, which shows telemetry and performance data.

Another highlight is the Sky Control panoramic roof, which can switch between transparent and opaque modes and also displays illuminated AMG logos and motorsport-inspired graphics at night.

With advanced technology and full driver focus, the interior of the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé reinforces the brand’s proposal to combine luxury, innovation, and performance in a single model.
